(1) Satisfaction guaranteed: If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. No refunds will be made after 30 days. Items must be in new condition, in original packing and box. If you would like to return something, please contact me for instruction and return address. (2) Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express credit cards and Paypal are accepted. Credit card statement may read KM Online.

(3) Damages: If damage occurs during shipping, please call us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with U.P.S. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within a week of receiving the shipment. Please note that you will need to save the box and packing materials for U.P.S. to inspect. U.P.S. insurance is void otherwise.
We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging.

(4) Shipping: Orders Usually Ships within 2 Business Days. We try are hardest to ship the same day. Orders ship from more than one warehouse.  Some Jewelry will ships in 3 -7 days.

For shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico contact us for a quotation. International orders: Contact us for a shipping rate quotation. Canadian orders:  We usually ship with the UPS or FedEx , Contact us for a quotation.  International orders: Customer assumes all responsibly of orders going though customs and what happens is customs.  If you order is confiscated by your customs agency, Art of the Ancient is not responsible for the loss, nor will we reimburse you for the cost of the impounded products or their shipping cost. In all cases it is advised that customers check with local authorities to make sure they do not need a special license for what you want to buy (swords, replica guns, etc.). Also, in some cases there will be taxes/duties you will have to pay upon arrival, we have no control over these nor do we know how much they will be. Every country has their own import tax rates.

In the unlikely event that something is out of stock, we will contact and give you a choice of a refund or you can wait until it come back in stock.

MERCHANDISE THAT IS RETURNED FOR MANUFACTURES DEFECTS THAT HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE DAMAGED BY MISUSE OR MISHANDLING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND THE PURCHASER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IF free shipping items are returned, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund.
